Rome to Amalfi Coast
We drive along the so called “Highway of the Sun” to reach Positano we will drive along the world famous Amalfi coast.
The artistic and natural beauty of this area earned it a place in UNESCO’s 1997 World Heritage List .
Positano, considered to be the pearl of the divine coast for its vertical architecture developed on the slopes of a steep cliff overlooking a magnificent emerald colour sea.
Next you will go on towards Amalfi, which gives the name to the whole area.
Then you will continue to one of the most charming bay overlooking the typical village of Ravello, from which you will admire a spectacular view.
At anytime your driver will give you suggestion for a nice lunch in a traditional restaurant where you can taste local specialties from the south of Italy.

Siena and San Gimignano from port of Livorno
After about 2 hours and 30 driving northwards, crossing and skirting the Tiber river valley, we will enter the Tuscan countryside and arrive in Siena for our first stop.
Siena the most important city of Tuscany after Florence, one of the country’s loveliest and best-preserved medieval towns of Italy.
Siena offers an extraordinary wealth of art, such as the Gothic cathedral – one of the few examples of Italian Gothic and the Piazza del Campo, where the Palio of Siena has taken place for more than 700 years.
This is a horse race that involves all the districts into which the city is divided. Visit the districts to learn about its history and traditions.
Immediately after lunch with your driver you will head north about 30 minutes after you will arrive in San Gimignano .
San Gimignano, a small walled village about halfway between Florence and Siena, is famous for its fascinating medieval architecture and towers that rise above of all the other buildings offering an impressive view of the city from the surrounding valley.
At the height of its glory, San Gimignano’s patrician families had built around 72 tower-houses as symbols of their wealth and power. Although only 14 have survived, San Gimignano still retains its feudal atmosphere and appearance.
Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1990, San Gimignano offers visitors the chance to step back in time while enjoying its local products including saffron.

From Civitavecchia ( Rome ) to Orvieto and Civita di Bagnoregio
This Day Trip to Orvieto and Civita Bagnoregio gives us the opportunity to see how Italians live in an ancient medieval hill-top town with almost four thousand years of history. Orvieto is in fact older than Rome!
Its world famous Cathedral is perhaps the most perfect church façade ever built. Pompei ruins and Volcano Vesuvio from Naples Port
This exciting day trip to Pompeii includes a steady-paced hike up Mt Vesuvius Volcano and Pompeii ruins.
We drive along the so called “Highway of the Sun” to reach Pompeii, where we visit the incredibly well preserved ruins of this ancient Roman town, where all life was suddenly stopped in a moment by the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in the year 79 AD.
After visiting the ruins of Pompeii (it is highly recommended to do the tour with an Official Guide) your driver will take you to the top of the Volcano where for the last 800 meters you will be accompanied by a Volcanological Guide that will explain the site you are visiting .
